Love God. Love Each Other. Change the World.
We seek to accomplish this vision in the context of the local church through:
Encountering God and growing in obedience to Him.
Being discipled and making disciples as modeled by Jesus.
Committing to life-transforming, world-changing Lifegroups.
Reaching out to others in local spheres of influence and in cities and nations around the world.
Because of God's great love for us, we desire to love Him with all our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:36-38). For this reason, we put an emphasis on worship in our services and in our Lifegroups. You’ll also hear us talk a lot about matching HEARING the word of God with DOING the word of God. Jesus said, if you love me, you’ll obey my commands (John 14:23). It is also the love of God that heals and restores us and allows us to love each other, and ultimately, change the world.
Love Each Other
We weren’t made to follow God on our own, instead, we were made to grow in God together and live out our calling alongside one another. In the description of the early church in Acts 2, it says the believers met together DAILY. We are committed to this daily life-on-life fellowship where we can share the joys and trials of life together. We do this by gathering for weekly Lifegroups and discipleship (encouragement and accountability with other believers), meeting for our Sunday Celebration Service, and reaching out to those around us.
Change the World
We believe God has given every believer the opportunity to make an impact for the Kingdom of God. Through loving people at our work places, sharing the Gospel with those who do not know Jesus, and being involved in missions around the world, we can be a part of bringing God’s Kingdom to Earth (Matthew 28:20) and seeing the world changed for the glory of God.
