“For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:12
1 Corinthians 12:12-27 describes the church as a body, made up of many parts or members. This is where we learn what church membership means. Unlike a gym membership where you can come and go with no one really noticing, members of a church must be present for the body to function and thrive. Without each member, the body would be incomplete!
If you have decided to make Antioch your church home, we’d like to invite you to become a formal member! Your part is needed.
Step One: Choose a Lifegroup
Step Two: Attend A Membership Luncheon
Step Three: Submit “Invitation to Membership” form (available at luncheon)
Step Four: Create an InFellowship account
What defines a member?
A member carries a passion for Jesus, a commitment to His Church and a willingness to invest his or her time, energy and resources within the local body in order to see the dreams of God’s heart come to pass in the city and around the world.
What does being a member look like?
